Young Europeans meeting with vice-mayor of The Hague
Foundation Netherlands-Romania hosted an international youth meeting in The Hague, between 10 and 17 March 2017. Over 50 young people from six European countries came together and discussed with decision and policy-makers about engaging in a diverse, connected and inclusive Europe. The aim of the project was to come up with a list of concrete ideas and recommendations on how to support a better inclusion of youngsters of different cultural backgrounds into big cities. The conclusions drawn at the end of various debates between youngsters, experts and youth policy-makers were presented to the vice-mayor of The Hague, Mr. Rabin Baldewsingh, during a meeting at the Municipality.
